Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at orders@risingstarapparel.com.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship your item(s) back to us using your preferred carrier.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are accepted for the same item if stock is available. Start an exchange by contacting our support team at orders@risingstarapparel.com.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
