Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Items must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
Return Process
- Email our support team at orders@risingstarapparel.com.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship your item(s) back to us using your preferred carrier.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are accepted for the same item if stock is available. Start an exchange by contacting our support team at orders@risingstarapparel.com.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
